You will learn how to collect drinkable water from bamboos or vines, how to make the difference between eatable and poisonous plants, medicinal plants will also be pointed (most of these medicinal plants are commonly used by khao sok locals), how to build a shelter on your own, how to make a fire, how to hunt, how to use a knife, how to optimize your energy, your body and mind limits will be tested.
