Explore one of the world’s oldest and most diverse virgin rainforests during this extended five-day, four-night adventure in Thailand’s legendary Khao Sok National Park.
Tour Highlights, tube or canoe in the river, kayak in the lake, trek through the rainforest, stay in a floating raft house, view wildlife on morning and nighttime boat safaris, hike to scenic lookouts, explore your surroundings by elephant and learn the art of Thai cooking.
Day 1
A member of our staff will meet you at the resort before lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll start by tubing or canoeing down the Sok River depending on seasonal water levels. Enjoy a traditional dinner after your first day, and prepare for a relaxing overnight stay in your own private tree house.
Day 2
Have a leisurely breakfast before heading out to Cheow Larn Lake for kayaking. After lunch, you’ll trek through the jungle and explore the park’s famed Diamond Cave or the Nam Ta Loo Cave. Then, we’ll bring you back to the raft house for dinner, a nighttime boat safari and an overnight stay in a floating raft house.
Day 3
Before returning to the resort, take in the local wildlife on an early morning boat safari. This adventure will be followed by breakfast, kayaking on the lake and a hike to a scenic lookout. Then, you’ll be transferred back to the resort in time for dinner.
Day 4
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast, setting the stage for an extraordinary adventure at the Khao Sok Elephant Conservation Center. This Conservation Center is dedicated to the well-being of elephants and spreading awareness about their importance in Thailand. Here, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to interact with these gentle giants in a caring and respectful environment. In the afternoon, expand your culinary horizons with a hands-on cooking class led by a renowned local chef, where you’ll learn to prepare authentic Thai cuisine. Conclude your day of excitement and discovery with a luxurious night’s rest in your selected jungle retreat.
Day 5
Prepare for the return journey with a hearty breakfast. When you’re ready our staff will assist you with check out.
